POLINOX® PNER Unitized Wheels and Accessories - Unitized Wheels

POLINOX Unitized wheels are ideal for cleaning, polishing, deburring and finishing metal, plastic and wood. This selection of wheels is intended for use on collet-equipped straight grinders and stationary machines. A wide selection of grit sizes and densities present a range of products that will perform aggressively for bur removal, to very fine finishing, such as removing thermal discoloration from stainless workpieces.

POLINOX® PNER non-woven tools consist of multiple layer, strongly compressed non-woven material, bonded in a special grit resin system. This bonding system produces non-woven tools with excellent surface finishes, high stock removal and long tool life. Provide medium flexibility when working on soft metals, alloys, high-alloy steels and titanium alloys.

PFERD unitized wheels have been designed for variable-speed angle grinders. They are especially suitable for working fillet welds and slots that are difficult to access or indentations in stainless steel (INOX) components.
